设计施工总承包联合体的收益分配研究

摘要

根据产出分享模式,确定了各影响因素的权重,利用多因素综合评估成员企业的贡献,在此基础上进行收益分配.该分配方法较好地体现了公平兼顾效率、多劳多得的分配原则,对设计施工总承包联合体成员间的利益分配有一定借鉴作用.%It determines every influence factor s weight according to the output share model, synthetically estimates member enterprises' contribution by many factors and proceeds income distribution on this basis. This allocation methods reflects the principle of fair attention to efficiency and more pay for more work well, it has a good reference to the income distribution between the members in design-construction contract association.
