文章首先研究了工程项目社会成本的估算方法,然后将社会成本纳入投资决策体系,便于政府根据全新的思路来进行管理和投资决策,以保证工程项目投资决策有利于全社会健康、稳定与可持续的发展.%This paper first studies the estimation methods of the social cost of engineering project, then consider the social cost into investment and decision-making system, in order to facilitate the government to invest and make decision based on new ideas, to ensue that the investment and decision-making is beneficial for social health, stability and sustainable development.
