基于成本收益理论相关主体利益均衡分析——以百度侵权门事件为例

摘要

随着科技的进步,人类社会已经进入数字信息时代,然而信息技术的发展,使得传统的以印刷为主要知识传播的手段的平衡也已被打破.本文主要从百度文库侵权门案例出发,探析在此案例中所涉及的利益相关主体(包括有:政府、版权所有者、网络供应商、读者)的成本与收益,并运用经济学成本收益理论为分析框架,对相关利益主体成本收益进行分析,并予以证明,最终提出实现这种均衡的对策与建议.%With the progress of science and technology, the human society ha9 been eptered into the digital information age.However,the equilibrium of the main means to spread knowledge by traditional printing has been broken with the development of information technology.Based on the case of Baidu library violations, this article aims to explore the costs and benefits of the related stakeholders ( including: the government, the copyright owner, network suppliers, readers) in this case. This article analysises the related stakeholders' Cost-Benefit by using the analytical framework of economic theory,and proves it. The paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to realize the balanced ultimately.
