校企合作对独立学院应用型人才培养的作用——以西安工业大学北方信息工程学院为例

本文从分析独立学院从“稳定规模”到“提升内涵”的背景出发,结合西安工业大学北方信息工程学院的具体现状,从应用型人才培养特色、学生个性化发展、大学生就业以及丰富教师工程背景等方面讨论了校企合作的作用,并指出了存在问题和措施.%This paper analyzes the independent colleges' development background from "stable scale" to "enhance connotation", taking Xi'an Technological University North College of Information Engineering for an example, discusses the role of school -enterprise cooperation from the characteristics of application-oriented training, students' individual development, and graduate employment, enhance teachers' engineering background, etc. The main problems in school-enterprise cooperation are described and prospects of their further development are also discussed.
