本文结合实例论述了企业文化的定义、作用并提出企业文化建设中的问题，并提出了相应的改进措施，期望为煤矿企业的管理工作提供一定的借鉴。%This paper discusses the definition and function of enterprise culture based on an example and points out the problems in enterprise culture construction. Corresponding improvement measures are put forward in hope of providing certain reference for the management of coal enterprises.
