企业实现科学薪酬管理之浅见

     

摘要

Salary management is an important content of enterprise human resources management, and is closely related to the realization of the enterprise strategic target. Salary management is closely related to enterprise core competitiveness and market competitiveness. A reasonable and effective compensation system and scientific compensation management can not only stimulate the employees' enthusiasm and initiative, but also encourage the staff to achieve the business goal and improve the efficiency of the enterprises. In this paper, the basic theory of enterprise's salary management is analyzed. The importance of scientific salary management in the enterprise human resource management is introduced and methods are presented.%薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的重要内容,并与企业战略目标的实现息息相关,薪酬管理科学与否,与企业核心竞争力及市场竞争力紧密相连。合理有效的薪酬体系以及科学的薪酬管理不仅能激发员工的积极性与主动性,更能促使员工努力实现企业目标,提高企业效益。本文对企业薪酬管理的基本理论进行了解析,对科学的薪酬管理在企业人力资源管理中的重要性进行了介绍,重点阐述了企业如何实现科学的薪酬管理。
