基于地理信息平台的车辆安全管控研究与应用

摘要

本文首先对地理信息和卫星定位的基本理论进行研究，分析了车辆运行的监控系统和网络拓扑及功能模块，在此基础上进行了硬件和软件的方案设计，研究了地理信息的地图匹配，解决了软件开发的关键技术难题。详细分析了车辆安全管控系统的功能，并对系统进行了设计和实现。%On the basis of researching the basic theory of geographic information and satellite positioning, analyzing the monitoring system, network topology and functional modules of vehicle operation, the paper designs program of hardware and software, researches the map matching of geographic information, and solves key technical problems of software development. Then the paper analyzes the functions of vehicle safety control system in detail, and designs and implements the system.
