高职就业工作强化“五精”管理的探索与实践--以湖南石油化工职业技术学院为例

The ministry of education required explicitly the educational work in higher vocational colleges should take "employment as orient", especially take training high quality technical skilled talents for the society as our duty. This paper expounded strengthening "five fine" management of the employment work in Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technology College, and had a certain reference for the employment in similar vocational colleges and the enterprise personnel management work.%教育部明确要求高职院校的办学工作要“以就业为导向”，要以为社会、特别是企业培养高素质技术技能型人才为己任。本文对湖南石油化工职业技术学院强化就业工作的“五精”管理进行了阐述，对同类高职院校的就业工作及企业的人事管理工作具有一定的借鉴作用。
