三峡升船机工程安全生产标准化管理研究与实践

摘要

According to the safety situation of Three Gorges Ship Lift project, this paper puts forward a production safety management mode: site safety standardization as the core, work safety standardization as the foundation, all-round, full implementation of the PDCA cycle of continuous improvement, constantly promoting safety production standardization in project for Three Gorges Ship Lift to realize the management standard, site standard and post standard, pursuing engineering safety. The successful application of this mode can provide reference for the same type of project, even the whole hydropower project industry.%根据三峡升船机工程的安全现状，本文提出一种安全生产管理模式：以现场安全标准化为核心，以作业安全标准化为基础，全过程、全方位、全员实施PDCA循环持续改进，不断推进三峡升船机工程安全生产标准化建设，实现管理达标、现场达标、岗位达标，追求工程本质安全化。该模式的成功运用，为今后同类型工程甚至是整个水电工程行业提供参考。
