浅析LED平板灯生产制造中的问题

摘要

LED panel light is a kind of LED light. Since LED panel light has just entered mass production stage, the producing techniques are not mature yet thus causing a lot of quality problems. Starting from the manufacturing process, this article finds the causes of the quality problems from aspects of quality requirement of each component.%LED平板灯具是LED灯具型式的一种，由于产品刚进入大规模生产阶段，生产工艺技术等均未成熟，造成很多质量问题。为此本文由生产制造流程入手，从各组成部件质量要求方面查找LED平板灯质量问题的原因。
