关于消费者价格指数（CPI）偏差的思考

The CPI is a very important macroeconomic indicator. Because of the presence of CPI bias, the consumer price index does not reflect the real level of inflation, and largely affects the accuracy of the national macro-control, so that people make misinterpreting and suspicion about the actual economic situation. This paper analyzes the existence of CPI bias and the types of CPI bias from the view of economics and the theoretical framework of CPI, and makes recommendations for the CPI preparation improvement.%CPI是一个非常重要的宏观经济指标，然而CPI偏差的存在，使消费者价格指数不能真实的反应通货膨胀水平，在很大程度上影响了国家宏观调控的准确性，使人们对实际经济运行状况产生错误理解，社会各界对CPI准确性的质疑声也不断。本文从经济学角度与CPI编制理论框架结合对CPI偏差的存在性、CPI偏差类型进行分析，并针对CPI编制提出了改进建议。
