泵是液压传动系统的动力元件,其状态好坏直接影响设备的正常工作。文章采用加速度传感器将CY14-1B型斜盘式轴向柱塞泵壳体的振动信号测出并记录下来,然后通过频谱分析仪作频谱变换。将这些频谱图与正常状态的泵及各种典型故障泵的频谱图作对比,考察其最接近哪种状态,由此可以确定故障的部位。%Pump is the power component of hydraulic drive system, its status is good or bad directly affects the normal work of the equipment. This article uses the acceleration transducer measured and recorded the vibration signals of CY14-1 B swashplate axial plunger pump, and then through the spectrum analyzer to make spectrum transform. Comparing the spectrum and normal state of the pump and various kinds of typical faults pump spectrum graph, and examining their closest state, which can determine the fault section.
