浅谈建筑施工企业的成本管理与控制

摘要

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and rapid economic development, China's construction industry continues to develop, which brings development opportunities to China's construction enterprises at the same time has led to increasingly fierce market competition. Strengthening the cost management and control of construction enterprises can effectively reduce costs, improve the economic efficiency, so it is the important guarantee of survival and development of construction enterprise in the increasingly competitive market. Firstly, this paper overviews the cost management and control in construction enterprise, analyzes the current situation and existing problems, and makes a number of strengthening measures, with a view to provide some references for the cost management and control of construction enterprises in China.%随着我国改革开放的不断深入以及经济的快速发展，我国的建筑行业也在不断发展，给我国的建筑施工企业带来发展机遇的同时也导致我国的建筑行业间的市场竞争变得日益剧烈。加强建筑施工企业的成本管理与控制，能够有效降低建筑施工企业的成本，提高企业的经济效益，是建筑施工企业在竞争日益激烈的建筑行业市场中生存和发展的重要保证。本文首先分析建筑施工企业的成本管理与控制概述，分析了建筑施工企业的成本管理与控制的现状以及存在的问题，并提出一些加强建筑施工企业的成本管理与控制的相关措施，以期为我国的建筑施工企业的成本管理与控制提供一些参考。
