浅谈电力企业效能监察

摘要

电力企业效能监察是监察部门针对影响企业效能的有关业务事项或活动过程，运用特有的检查权、调查权、建议权和处分权，对监察对象履职行为的正确性进行监督控制，发现管理缺陷，纠正行为偏差，促进企业规范管理和自我完善，促进“集团化运作、集约化发展、精益化管理、标准化建设”举措落实的综合管理监控工作。本文主要就如何在电力企业开展效能监察进行研究。%Power enterprise efficiency supervision means the supervision control of the correctness of supervision object's execution of duty, finding the defect of management and correcting behavior deviation by supervision department aiming at things and activities affecting enterprise efficiency. Enterprise efficiency supervision can promote the standard management and self-improvement of the enterprise, and promote the comprehensive management and supervision of the implementation of "collectivize operation, intensive development, refined management, standard construction". This article studies how to carry out efficiency supervision in power enterprise.
