故障诊断技术在压气机试验器故障上的应用

摘要

简要介绍了故障诊断技术及其在高压压气机试验中的应用。从对实时监测的振动图谱及关键故障件的尺寸检查结果分析，得出试验器平衡盘和排气道振动大的原因。在对试验器排气道分解检查后，制定了一系列合理有效的排故措施。%This paper describes the fault diagnosis technology and its application in the high pressure compressor test. From analyzing the test results of vibration spectra and the size of critical failure in real-time monitoring, the causes for the big vibration of tester balance disc and exhaust passage. After the decomposition test of exhaust passage, a series of reasonable and effective troubleshooting measures are developed.
