浅谈如何做好铁路建设中监理的管理工作

本文结合三线电化、阜六铁路等工程建设监理管理的实践情况，对监理管理的一些基本做法和经验进行归纳，对铁路建设单位做好监理管理工作具有一定的借鉴作用，也可作为从事工程监理管理工作人员的参考。%Combined with the supervision management situation of three-line electrization, FuLiu Railway construction and other construction examples, some of the basic practice and experience of supervision management are summarized, which is of referential significance for the supervision management of railway construction units and for the supervision management staff.
