EPC项目合同法律风险简析

EPC is a management way of the general contract of construction projects. This management way has been accepted in the world, and it has been adopted by the part of the enterprise and the unit in our country. Additionally in construction process, the legal risk of EPC project is also in the initial stages of project construction and the financial fund calculation phase of project. This article studies the legal risks of EPC project contract.%EPC是工程建设项目总承包合同的一种管理手段，在国际上这种管理方式已经得到了认可，并且我国部分企业、单位中也已采用了管理模式。EPC项目中包含的法律风险除了存在施工过程中，还在项目建设的初始阶段一直到项目财务资金核算阶段中存在。本文将对EPC项目合同法律风险进行简要研究与分析。
