齿轮减速器在机械传动中降噪问题研究

在减速器设计中，齿轮传动作为主要的功率传递和减速装置，在机械工业领域广泛应用。但是随着人们对减速器噪音控制要求越来越高，在现代减速器设计和制造过程中，齿轮传动噪音的控制已是生产质量控制的重要一部分。本文通过分析齿轮传动中噪音产生机理，研究了齿轮减速器在机械传动中噪音形成原因，然后根据噪音产生成因提出了相应的降噪措施和处理方法，使噪音的降低有了科学的理论依据。%In the design of gear reducer, gear transmission as the main device of power transmission and deceleration is widely used in the field of mechanical industry. But as people are increasingly demanding on the noise control of gear reducer, in design and manufacturing of modern gear reducer, gear transmission noise control is an important part of the production quality control. This article analyzes the cause of noise in mechanical transmission through analyzing the noise production mechanism, and then puts forward the corresponding noise reduction measures and treatment method.
