谈如何培养和提高高职院校学生的职业能力

Vocational ability is an important component of higher education. It is an urgent need for higher vocational college students to cultivate and improve their professional ability in order to adapt themselves to society and reach their full potential in the career. Based on the teaching practice of Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College, the author puts forward her own opinions.%职业能力是高等教育的重要组成部分，高职院校的大学生迫切需要培养与提高职业能力，以真正适应社会，在整个职业生涯中最大限度的发挥自己的潜能。作者结合自己学校的教学实际从五个方面进行分析，提出自己的看法。
