石化企业基层单位物资管理工作标准化建设初步探讨

摘要

为了进一步深化元坝气田大开发的需要，提升川东北采气厂物资管理工作标准化建设水平。本文从需求计划、企业自采物资的采购管理、过程控制管理、仓储物资现场管理等方面的标准化建设做了初步探讨。在结合企业自身特点和相关上级单位的要求的基础上，提出了一些物资管理工作标准化工作模式和规范化管理流程初步措施和建议。%In order to deepen the large-scale development of Yuanba Gas field, the standardization of material management in northeastern Sichuan gas recovery plant should be improved. This article carries out preliminary discussion from requirement planning, purchasing management of enterprise self-purchasing material, process control management, storage materials site management and other aspects. Based on the characteristics of the enterprise and the requirement of the higher units, some standardized working modes of material management and standardized management process are put forward.
