工程建设项目中的合同管理对造价控制的作用

近年来，随着我国经济的发展，城市规模不断扩大，建设速度也不断加快，为房地产业的发展创造了良好的机遇。对房地产企业来说，在工程建设过程中，要想实现经济效益最大化，就必须加强对工程造价的控制。影响工程造价控制的因素有很多，其中合同管理是非常重要的一项内容，本文就合同管理在工程造价控制中所起到的作用进行论述。%In recent years, with the development of economy in our country, the city scale expands unceasingly, also the construction speed is accelerating, which creates a good opportunity for the development of the real estate industry. For real estate enterprises, in the process of engineering construction, to maximize economic benefits, we must strengthen the control of engineering cost. There are many factors that can influence the project cost control, and the contract management is an important content. In this paper, the contract management's role on the project cost control is discussed.
