With the worsening of environment, people's drinking water is facing serious threat. In order to improve the drinking water safety and ensure the safety of people's life, this article states the problems of rural drinking water safety, analyzes the factors resulting drinking water safety problems and presents the general idea of ensuring drinking water safety and corresponding policy recommendations, providing references for improving people's drinking water safety.%随着环境的不断恶化，人们的饮水受到严重的威胁。为了提高人民的饮水安全，确保人民的生命安全，本文通过阐述全国农村居民饮水安全方面存在的问题，分析造成饮水安全问题的因素，提出保障饮水安全的总体思路，以及相应的政策建议，为提高人民的饮水安全提供参考依据。
