集中供暖两部制定价策略研究

摘要

Proceeding from principles of prices of public utilities and social management, and based on the characteristics of monopoly of the heat-supply enterprise, this article explains how current heating system that priced by government formed. At the same time, this paper elaborates the theory and pricing method of two-part system at length,which will saves resources compared with the traditional way.%本文以公共事业价格制定原理及社会管理为理论基础，根据供热企业的垄断特征，解释了目前政府定价的热价制度形成的原因，同时详细阐述相对于传统供暖收费方式有利于节约资源的分户计量收费方法即两部制热价的定价方法、原理及意义。
