This article focuses on the traditional pattern of courtyard, combined with "new courtyard" space model in Ju'er Hutong, explores the spatial pattern. We discuss the value and heritage of traditional houses and its future development.%本文着重从四合院的传统空间格局着手，并结合菊儿胡同“新四合院”的空间模式，探讨当前这种传统民居空间格局的价值传承与未来发展。
