对高职院校辅导员角色定位的再思考

摘要

Counselors are an important part of teachers and management team in higher vocational colleges, and they play an irreplaceable role in the implementation process of ideological and political education. Only to correctly grasp the role orientation of counselors, can counselors work effectively. This paper put forward some thoughts and suggestions for the five factors about the role orientation of counselors.%辅导员是高职院校教师和管理队伍的重要组成部分，在大学生思想政治教育的实施过程中，发挥着不可替代的作用。只有正确把握辅导员的角色定位，辅导员才能卓有成效地开展工作，本文针对高职院校辅导员角色定位的五个因素提出了一些思考与建议。
