国有企业党建与企业发展的互构性实践逻辑

     

摘要

目前在推进国有企业党的建设与企业经营发展过程中,容易出现企业党建与企业发展之间的结构性失衡、关系断裂、目标缺乏整合等张力和非协调性关系。结合互构性发展理论的相关观点,本文认为,在加强国有企业党建与企业发展实践中,应坚持一种互构性发展理念,即在推进企业党建与企业发展过程中,应坚持和彰显“以人为本”的终极理念、践行和追寻“政经双赢”的发展目标、凸显和发挥“人企共进”的重要功能、建构和完善“党企融合”的实施机制、探索和实施“党企共生”的推进路径。%At present, when promoting state-owned enterprise party construction and the development of enterprise management, it is easy to have structural imbalance, broken relationship, lack of integration, and discordant relationship of enterprise party construction and enterprise development. Combined with the related theories of mutual construction, the paper thinks that when strengthening state-owned enterprise party construction and the development of enterprise, we should stick to a mutual structure development concept, namely when promoting enterprise party construction and the development of enterprises, we should stick to and reveal the ultimate "people-oriented"concept, practice and pursuit of"political and economic win-win"development goals, highlight and give play to the important function of "people-enterprises development", construct and perfect the mechanism of the implementation of the"party-enterprise integration", exploring and implementing"party-enterprise symbiosis"forward path.
