In recent years, in order to fundamentally curb the deterioration of ecological environment, consere the biological diversity, and promote social and economic sustainable development, the state implemented the natural forest protection project for the substantial reduction in deforestation. The production and living level of forest workers is dropping with a decline in deforestation. While the development of under-forest economy is of great significance for increasing added value of forestry, raising forest worker's revenue, strengthening forestry ecological construction achievements, and promoting the sustainable forestry development.%近年来为了从根本上遏制生态环境的恶化，保护生物多样性，促进社会、经济的可持续发展，国家实施了天然林保护工程，大幅度的调减森林采伐量，国有林区职工的生产生活随着森林采伐量的下降而降低，而林下经济的发展对增加林业附加值，提高林区职工收入，巩固林业生态建设成果，促进林业可持续发展具有重要意义。
