随着我国城市化进程的加快，铁路在城市交通中发挥着越来越重要的作用，铁路车站在城市交通中的枢纽地位越来越明显。在城市铁路交通换乘及其与其它交通方式的衔接方面，仍然存在许多难以令人满意之处。实行城市铁路客站改革，对于提高城市公共交通效率，提高整个城市系统的运转效率都起着重要作用。本文在系统分析城市铁路客运车站所面临的主要问题及成因基础上，结合发达国家城市铁路车站建设的经验，提出了改造传统思想认识，改革现行城市铁路车站管理体制，大力加强现有城市铁路车站的改造，对城市铁路车站软件进行更新换代，实现以人为本等对策，使城市铁路车站适应当前城市交通快速发展的格局，树立其在城市交通体系中的枢纽地位。%Along with accelerating urbanization in China, railway plays more and more important role in urban traffic. The role of railway station is more and more obvious in urban traffic. With the railway station transit to other traffic modes, many aspects are still unsatisfactory. The reformation of urban railway station plays an important role in improving the efficiency of urban public transportation and the operation efficiency of whole urban system. In this paper the main problems of the urban railway station and causes are discussed. Then based on the construction experiences of urban railway station in developed countries, some suggestions are put forward, such as transforming the traditional ideas, reform the management system of urban railway station, strengthening the transformation of the existing urabn railway station, updating of city railway station software, etc. Above actions will help urban railway station to adapt the fast development of urban traffic pattern and set up the centre position in the urban traffic system.
