本文从历史的角度分析了科技管理人才在科技事业中的地位，阐述科技发展对科技管理人才素质提出的新要求，提出要切实发挥好科技管理人才的作用，推动我国科技事业的发展，早日实现我国科技强国的梦想。%This article analyzes the role of science and technology management talents in science and technology industry from a historical perspective, states the new requirements for science and technology management talents raised by science and technology development. It is pointed out that the science and technology management talents must play a good role in promoting the development of science and technology in China in order to realize the dream of science and technology power.
