浅析公路工程施工中的成本管理控制

摘要

成本管理的宽严直接影响到工程项目的经济效益。本文从成本预测、成本控制的角度对公路工程施工中的成本管理进行了分析，提出了可操作性方案，对于降低工程成本，提高经济效益具有一定的指导意义。%Cost management directly affects the economic benefits of the project. In this paper, the cost management of highway construction is analyzed from cost estimation and cost control perspective, and the operable program is proposed for reducing engineering costs and improving economic efficiency.
