聚硅硫酸铝铁的制备及其去浊性能研究

摘要

文章研究了无机高分子复合絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铝铁(PSAF)的制备及其去浊性能。以硫酸铝、硫酸铁、水玻璃为原料,以氢氧化钠为碱化剂,制备出一系列聚硅硫酸铝铁(PSAF)。通过考察不同Al/Fe/Si摩尔比、碱化度对去浊性能的影响，并与传统絮凝剂作比较。结果表明PSAF中Al/Fe/Si摩尔比为1/1/1,碱化度为0.8时去浊性能效果最佳，且具有沉降速度快、絮体大、密实的优点。%A new kind of flocculant PSAF was prepared,taking sodium silicate,the iron sulfate and the aluminum sulfate as material, alkalinized by Sodium hydroxide. Preparation of a series of PSAF,through the analysis finds that the optimum conditions of removaling turbidity is Al:Fe:Si=1:1:1 (molar ratio)and alkalinity is 0.8. Compared with the other flocculant,PSAF has faster sedimentation velocity and better flocculation effect.
