高职院校外聘教师管理初探

摘要

Part-time teacher is an integral part of higher vocational college teachers; part-time teachers play an important role in the cultivation of students' ability in higher vocational colleges. But at the same time, management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges at present is facing an important issue. This paper analyzes the current problems existing in the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward suggestions on the management of part-time teachers.%外聘教师已是高职院校教师队伍中不可或缺的一部分，外聘教师在对高职院校学生能力的培养方面起到重要的作用，但同时外聘教师的管理也是目前高职院校面临的一项重要课题。本文分析了目前高职院校外聘教师管理存在的问题，并对外聘教师的管理提出了建议。
