城市雨洪管理新模式--低影响开发（LID）

摘要

With the development of urbanization, the urban rainwater disaster is more and more serious. Traditional stormwater management mode is not suitable for the healthy development of the city. Stormwater management of low-impact development (LID) applications makes the developed urban hydrology function as close as possible to pre-development hydrologic functions. It is a new model of a sustainable stormwater management. The article summarized it's concept, technology, foreign application effect and give some suggestions for our country.%随着城市化的发展，城市雨洪灾害问题日益突出，传统的雨洪管理模式已不适合城市的健康发展。低影响开发雨洪管理（LID）的应用使开发后城市的水文功能尽可能接近开发之前的状况，是一种可持续雨洪管理新模式。文章概述归纳了LID的理念、技术及国外应用效果，并对我国应用LID提出了建议。
