高职院校图书馆读者满意度调查分析--以广州工商职业技术学院图书馆为例

以广州工商职业技术学院图书馆为例，就读者对图书馆服务的满意程度的问卷调查进行了综合分析，提出可行性建议。%Taking Guangzhou Vocational & Technical Institute of Industry & Commerce Library as an example, and based on the analysis of the survey of the readers' satisfaction, the paper has discussed ways to improve the college library service.
