重视发挥人在实现安全生产中的关键作用

在生产过程中发生的各类事故，其事故原因无论是管理方面的，还是技术方面的，无论是直接原因还是间接原因，这些原因都是与人有直接关系的，由于人在决策、指挥生产和从事劳动操作的时候，没有树立牢固的安全意识，在错误或片面意识的指导下而发生了违背客观规律、违犯规章制度的行为，结果造成事故的发生。因此说人是实现安全的关键。只要人能够牢固树立安全意识，坚持“以人为本”、和谐发展、尊重客观规律、遵守规章制度、规范操作行为，就能实现安全生产。%Causes of accidents in production, not matter management related or technology related, direct or indirect, have a direct relation with man, as when making decision, directing production and operating machine, man does not build safety awareness, and conducts rule-violating, regulation-violating behavior.
