论高职西语专业学生职业生涯规划与西语学习能力构建

本文根据目前高职应用西班牙语专业学生的职业生涯规划现状，分析其重要性以及对于西班牙语学习能力构建的内在推动力及相互支持，旨在探索适合市场需求的实用人才培养方式的新思路、提高人才培养的科学性，促进实现该专业学生从学校到职场的顺利过渡、无缝对接。%Based on the career planing status of higher vocational applied Spanish majors, this article analyzes the importance of career planing and its inner motivation for Spanish learning ability building and the mutual support between them, aiming to explore new ideas of cultivating practical talents suitable for market demand, increase the scientificalness of talent cultivation and promote the smooth transformation and seamless joint of students from college to work.
