数控加工实训教学方法的改革与探索

         

摘要

With the rapid development of science and technology, general machinery is gradually replaced by high efficiency and high precision numerical control machinery in order to improve the manufacturing capacity and technical level and improve the ability of rapid response to market changes and competition ability. The future competition of machinery manufacturing technology has become the competition of numerical control technology. Therefore vigorously developing numerical control technology has become an important way for world's developed countries to accelerate economic development and improve the comprehensive national strength. This paper proposes innovative teaching concept of numerical control machining and to reform the engineering training method in order to cultivate students' experimental skill and engineering design ability. Good results have been achieved and the teaching goal of numerical control practical training has been realized.%  随着科学技术的高速发展,普通机械逐渐被高效率,高精度的数控机械所代替,以提高制造能力和技术水平,提高迅速应对市场变化的能力和竞争能力,未来机械制造技术的竞争,已成为数控技术的竞争。因此大力发展数控技术已成为世界各发达国家加速经济发展,提高综合国力的重要途径。本文提出数控加工的创新性教学理念,改革工程训练教学方法。培养学生的实验技能和工程设计能力。取得了较好的效果,实现了数控加工实训的教学目的。
