提升安全文化建设，加强工程造价管理

本文从何谓安全文化开始谈起，阐述了安全的需求、危险与安全并存、安全文化是人类的精神财富几个细节；解读了建筑业的安全特点，分析了建筑业安全的重要性、建筑业是事故频发的行业、安全人员的配置不合理以及提高安全意识迫在眉睫几个方面，强调了安全生产、警钟长鸣；最后以施工企业如何加强工程造价管理结尾。本文旨在论述提升安全文化建设，加强工程造价管理，管窥蠡测，宋人献曝，分享同仁，尚望匡误斧正。%Starting from the definition of safety culture, this article discusses safety requirements, coexistence of risk and safety and safety culture as mankind's spiritual wealth, and analyses the features and importance of construction safety. Accidents frequently happen in construction industry, and the security personnel arrangement is not reasonable, so it is extremely urgent to improve safety consciousness. Safety production should be emphasized all the time. At last, methods for construction enterprises to strengthen project cost management are discussed. This article aims to discuss the promotion of safety culture construction and the enhancement of projet cost management. All corrections are appreciated.
