This article begins with a brief introduction of the mechanical and electrical installation project category and its significance for the whole project construction, and expounds the methods to improve mechanical and electrical installation quality from organization management, contract management, construction process management, construction cost management, quality management and construction safety management, thus laying a solid foundation for the construction of the whole project.%　　文章开篇简要阐述了机电安装工程的类别及其对于整个项目工程建设的意义，从组织管理、合同管理、施工进度管理、施工成本管理、质量管理和施工安全管理六方面阐述提高机电安装工程质量的方法途径，从而为整个工程项目的施工建设埋下良好的伏笔。
