随着西方国家经济复苏乏力,需求也相应减少,国内青壮劳动力不再供不应求,国内外环境都急需国内经济产业转型升级。但高职毕业生走入社会后频繁的跳槽成为企业良性发展一大障碍,如何提高高职毕业生的留用率并为毕业生可持续发展提供动力,这就要求高职院校对目前的人才培养和教学管理方案提出相应的优化。%With the weak economic recovery of western countries, and the demand is reduced, the laborer is not in short supply in China. So it is needed to transfer and upgrade the domestic economic industry. But the frequent job-hopping of the higher vocational graduates has become a major obstacle to the healthy development of enterprises. To improve the vocational graduates employment rate and provide the impetus for sustainable development needs to optimize the talent training and teaching management scheme.
