造价控制在项目管理中的应用及重要性

摘要

The three key aspects of project management are schedule control, quality control and cost control, and the effect of cost control has direct influence on the project economic benefit. From the five key stages of construction engineering including estimation stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage and settlement stage, this paper respectively expounds the application and importance of cost control in project management.%　　项目管理的三个关键方面分别是进度控制、质量控制和造价控制，而其中，造价控制的有效与否直接影响了项目经济效益。本文从建筑工程的五个关键阶段：估算阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段及结算阶段分别阐述了造价控制在项目管理中的应用及重要性。
