实现绿色崛起--打造洞庭湖生态经济区的必由之路

Dongting lake region is "a land flowing with milk and honey", has a very important strategic significance to economic and social development of Hunan. Since the Tenth Five-Year Plan, district economy gained rapid development. But because of the people, land, water and other various special reasons, Lake ecological environment existence unreasonable regional harmonious development, water resource shortage and serious environmental pollution and other issues. Therefore, a reasonable division of Lake Ecological Economic Zone, is beneficial to adjust the development direction and industry structure of ecological economic zone, prompting the lakes of coordinated development between economy and environment protection, realize people to coordinate symbiosis.%　　洞庭湖区是湖南省的“鱼米之乡”，对湖南经济社会的发展具有十分重要的战略意义，“十五”规划以来，洞庭湖区域经济迅速发展，但受特殊人、地、水关系和其他各种因素的影响，区内仍存在着区域协调发展不合理，水资源匮乏和环境污染严重等问题，因此，合理规划湖区生态经济区，对调整洞庭湖生态经济区的产业结构和经济发展方向，促进区内经济与环境保护协调发展，实现人地协调共生有着重大意义。
