江门市产业结构与人力资源结构协同分析

摘要

This article analysed the current situation of Jiangmen's industrial structure and human resources structure from their changes and deviation degree. And came to this conclusion: the relationship of Jiangmen's industrial structure and human resources structure is becoming better, but employment structure obviously lags behind industrial structure. It's necessary to adjust the industrial structure and accelerate the process of industrialization. To do this, paying attention to attracting talents and improving the quality of labour is inevitable.%　　文章从产业结构变化、就业结构变化及结构偏离度三方面入手，对江门产业结构和人力资源结构的现状进行分析，得出结论：江门的产业结构与人力资源的关系逐步趋向于合理发展，但就业结构明显滞后于产业结构，需要调整产业结构，加快工业化进程，为此，注意吸引人才及提升劳动力素质是必然要求。
