建筑施工升降机的使用管理与事故预防

摘要

近几年，随着我国经济的快速发展，城镇化进程不断的加快，社会基本建设的规模也随之不断扩大。建筑施工除了技术发生了日新月异的变化外，机械化程度也逐步提高，施工中最广泛采用的就是升降机。但是由于施工单位不注重升降机的安全问题造成了大量的安全事故。本文根据多年的检测经验以及统计分析大量的升降机事故，总结了施工中升降机常见的事故类型以及事故的原因，并针对这些事故提出了一些管理和预防的措施。%In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the speeding up of urbanization, the social construction scale expands unceasingly. Except the construction technology changed with each passing day, the degree of mechanization also gradually improves. The building hoist is the most widely used in the construction. But due to the construction units do not pay attention to safety problems, which causes a large number of security accidents. Based on years of experience in testing and statistical analysis of a large number of elevator accidents, this paper summarizes the common accident types of the building hoist and the causes of the accident, and puts forward some management and preventive measures for these accidents.
