如何强化项目施工管理中的质量控制

With the increasing of domestic capital construction projects, people are paying more attention to engineering quality. Good quality control of construction project is the precondition of good construction engineering quality management. Because the construction project covers a comprehensive area, the things involved in construction can be very complicated. Besides, due to the fixed location of the project, the flow production, different structure types, different construction methods, long construction period, and easy influence by natural condition, the quality control of construction project is more complicated and hard. Therefore, this article discusses the difficult point of quality control in conatruction management project and proposes some specific approaches according to the research conclusion.%　　随着国内基本建设项目的不断增多，人们对于工程质量的重视程度也越来越强。做好建筑工程质量的管理的前提是做好施工项目的质量控制。由于施工项目涉及面十分广泛，因而其在建设过程中所牵涉到的各方面事情十分复杂，再加上项目的位置固定，生产流动，结构类型不一，质量要求不一，施工方法不一，建设周期长，受自然条件影响大等特点，综合来看，施工项目的质量控制更加复杂、困难，因此，本文针对工程施工项目管理中的质量控制难点进行探究，并根据研究得出的结论提出一些具体的应对方法。
