广东省海洋渔业资源可持续利用的现状及制度安排

摘要

Marine fishery plays an important role in the development of Guangdong's marine economy. However, with the exploitaitn and utilization of fishery resources, overexploitation and overfishing appear in some regions and some species. The conflict between protecting fishery resources and developing marine economy arises. Then, how to achieve sustainable utilization of marine fishery resources? Guided by sustainabale utilizaiton concept and on the basis of analysing the fishery resources situation in Guangdong, this paper proposes some contermeasures about sustainable utilizaiton of fishery resourses.%　　海洋渔业对广东省海洋经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用。但随着渔业资源的开发利用，部分地区和部分种群的渔业资源出现了开发过度、捕捞过度的现象，渔业资源与海洋经济的矛盾呈现在我们眼前。那么，怎样去利用海洋渔业资源才能使海洋渔业资源走上可持续利用之路？本文以可持续利用为指导，在分析广东省海洋渔业资源状况的基础上，提出可持续利用渔业资源的对策。
