表面预处理对建筑钢材防腐性能的影响分析

     

摘要

镀层是建筑结构用钢材防腐的表面处理方法中的常用操作方式之一,镀层的各项参数对钢结构防腐性能存在不同程度的影响。现对钢结构用钢Q235B进行了电沉积镀镍、电沉积镀镍铜合金,并进行了乙酸盐雾试验和电化学腐蚀试验和分析。实验结果表明:表面镀层有效提高了建筑钢结构的抗腐蚀性能,且复合镀层较单一镀层的抗腐蚀效果更好;电沉积制备的表面镀层能使钢结构经过10天乙酸盐雾腐蚀后,其质量损失率降低了87.16%;腐蚀电位正移78.45%。%Coating is one of the most commonly used operation mode of building structure with surface treatment method of steel corrosion in the coating, the parameters have different effect on the corrosion performance of steel structure.This paper had electrodeposition of nickel-plating and electrodeposition of copper-nickel plating for construction steel steel Q235B, and had the acetic acid salt spray test and electrochemical corrosion testing and analysis construction steel Q235B. The results show that the surface coating can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of construction steel, and omposite coating has a better anti-corrosion effect than asingle composite coating;the surface coating prepared using the electrodeposition method via 10 days acetic acid salt spray corrosion made the mass loss rate of the steel structure decreased by 87.16%and corrosion potential shift by 78.45%.
