The communication channels between the cadres and masses are unblocked, the workers are in a good mood, and the enterprise is harmonious. Shijiazhuang refining and chemical plant is constantly expanding the communication channels between management and basic-level, effectively setting up bridges of heart linked to heart and disambiguation platforms. Through several years' exploration and practice, the various forms of communication channels have become the cornerstone of harmonious construction of Shijiazhuang refining and chemical plant, and won general recognition of the cadres and workers.
