对于地质找矿新机制的几点认识

摘要

New mechanism of geological prospecting is mainly in the fund convergence and the integrated exploration, which reflects the intervention and regulation of the state on prospecting. Fund convergence is a great innovation of geological prospecting fund model; it not only can effectively resolve financial issues required for prospecting, but also is importance for mine. New mechanism need improvement and reform, until the final settlement of the separation of capital and technology, perfect combination of the two.%　　地质找矿新机制其中的“新”主要在“基金衔接”和“整装勘查”上两个方面进行体现，两者身上无不可以看到国家对于地质找矿进行的干预和调控。“基金衔接”是地质找矿资金模式的极大创新，不仅可以有效解决找矿所需要的资金问题，更加对于找大矿具有重要意义。新机制还需要不断进行完善和改革，直到最终解决资本与技术分离问题，促使两者完美结合。
