浅谈人才培养与合理使用

摘要

In the report of Eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party, we should speed up the reform of personnel development mechanisms and policy innovation, form the mechanism of stimulating talents with dynamic creation and international competitiveness, and create the situation of everyone show their living situation. This article focuses on personnel training and fair use.%　　党的十八大报告指出，要加快人才发展体制机制改革和政策创新，形成激发人才创造活力、具有国际竞争力的人才制度优势，开创人人皆可成才、人人尽展其才的生动局面。本文重点论述了人才培养与合理使用的问题。
